Parul teaches a psychology-based approach that looks past the child, to the parent's own behaviour, emotions, and responses - the part most parenting content skips.

Her work grew out of seeing the gaps in existing parenting education, and building something more practical in their place. She now trains aspiring parenting coaches through live, mentor-led sessions covering toddlers through teenagers.

The training is practice-oriented throughout: live coaching practice, role plays, real case studies, and the business side most programs skip - client acquisition, pricing, proposals, and school workshop preparation. The goal isn't to finish knowing more concepts. It's to finish able to run a practice.
